Thank you for taking a moment to visit the Tadpole Photography website. I hope you enjoy my work. Now, as owner of Tadpole, I will tell you a little about myself.

After receiving my Bachelors in Fine Arts and prior to my photography venture I have had quite a few different creative careers including medical illustration, graphic arts, web design, video production and marketing.

Then in October 2003 my daughter was born. She inspired me to walk away from my job as internet marketing manager for eBay, Butterfields and Bonhams Auctioneers and pick up my camera again. I've been photographing her every day. My friends loved the pictures and asked if I would photograph their children, then they told friends and so on. Little did I know I was embarking on a new, deeply rewarding career path. With this encouragement I started Tadpole Photography.

Besides the photography I also design websites, newsletter/advertisement layout, video editing and illustrating. I am on the board for The Southern Marin Mother's Club as Senior Editor/Layout Artist for newsletter and an active member for various Bay Area animal rescues. My latest project also includes working on The Sycamore Park Project. I designed and maintain the website, assisted in fundraising, volunteer recruitment and photo documentary of the project. And I am also on the council for the Discovery Museum, Bookmarks (Belvedere-Tiburon Library) and Pixie Park.

Now my goal is to help create a cherished memory for you. Whether you want a photographic memory of your child, family, pet or yourself - I love being able to capture that everlasting memory.

Sadly, my grandma, Jean Brodsky, passed away on December 7, 2005. For those who followed our work on her memoirs will remember what a truly amazing person. Together, my grandma and I created a special section of her memoirs to share with family and friends just months before she was diagnosed with cancer. I am so proud of her learning the computer starting at 88 years young. She is as beautiful a person as she is an inspiration to her family. Perhaps it will inspire you too.
